Z370: The best ITX motherboard
The newer chipset from Intel to overclock is the Z370. Until recently it was the only chipset with support for the Coffee Lake processors, so the motherboard manufacturers produced quite a few boards with this chipset. We already received three ITX copies on this basis, only the MSI model still didn't reach us. After some consideration, our preference goes to the ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac. The motherboard has a solid seven-phase power supply, a reinforced PCI-e x16 slot and six SATA connectors. Furthermore we find an M.2 slot, a Realtek ALC1220 codec, gigabit ethernet and wifi up to 867 Mbit per second (yes, ASRock can do it anyway!). The Intel AC-chip also makes Bluetooth 4.2 possible, which is a useful feature for wireless headsets and controllers.
On this overclocker sign we miss a dual bios, and also an addressable RGB header is absent. The HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 connections make ultra hd with 60 Hz no problem. For an average of 210 dollars ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac delivers great value for money. If you are going to work with an Intel Coffee Lake K processor, then the board is definitely worth considering. Then you can not only kick your processor on its tail, but also enjoy a full feature set.
