LG 27UD59 review: successor of inexpensive 4K monitor tested

Good and inexpensive choice even less expensive

Power consumption

A 27-inch ultra-hd display consumes surprisingly little power, but here too we see that LG has made some progress. Compared to the older predecessor, the LG 27UD59 consumes a watt or two less at maximum brightness, while the value of that maximum brightness is slightly higher. Normalizing to 150 cd/m², we even see an improvement of more than 3 watts. As a user you will not notice the difference, but it is an improvement nonetheless.
