ASUS GTX760 DirectCU Mini OC review: compact GeForce GTX 760

Tested and compared to five other GTX 760s

The fact that Nvidia created the GeForce GTX 760 based on the design of the GTX 670 was great news for the developers of the ASUS GTX670 DirectCU Mini. There was no need for a new PCB and cooler, so it wasn't a difficult task to create a mini version of the GeForce GTX 760.

The ASUS GTX760 DirectCU Mini OC is without a doubt the fastest graphics card in the world that's shorter than 18 cm. So if you're looking for a powerful graphics card for your compact Mini-ITX PC, this ASUS card is a good option. It's just as fast as the full-size GTX 760s, and only slightly more expensive. The only trade-off is with the noise levels, the compact cooler has to work harder and therefore creates more noise than the standard GTX 760s.

So if you have room for a larger card, you should go for a full-size version. If not, this is an excellent choice.
