We tested ten routers from five manufacturers. We asked them to provide one more entry-level model, and one that is positioned as a high-end product. Considering how affordable routers are becoming, we chose to only include dual-band routers.

TP-Link has announced a new N900 Dual Band 802.11n router. The device is called TL-WDR4900 and uses both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies.
