Today we are taking a closer look at the affordable Iomega StorCenter ix4-300d network storage device. Iomega is jointly owned by EMC and Lenovo, and the StorCenter carries the logos of both Iomega and EMC. EMC is known for its large business-oriented storage solutions, but the StorCenter ix4-300d is available without disks for a very affordable £229 or 280 euro.

QNAP has introduced two new lines of NAS devices, the Turbo NAS TS-x21 and TS-x20. The new TS-x21 models are equipped with a 2.0 GHz CPU and 1 GB of DDR3 memory.
