In the past, Wacom has worked with several manufacturers to offer stylus support on their tablet devices. Wacom aims to release a 'mobile tablet' of its own this summer, as confirmed on its Facebook page.
The tablet will feature a pressure-sensitive HD-screen with multi-touch features. Wacom also states that the device will contain features that we haven't yet seen in other tablets, although it doesn't yet provide us with any details.
No details are available yet regarding the used hardware, or which mobile operating system will be featured on Wacom's new creation. Comments on the Facebook message request a screen diagonal of at least 12-inch or larger and for the device to compete with Microsoft's Surface Pro tablet. Wacom's exact take on the tablet concept remains to be seen.
